You can contact our tech support department if you are running into issues setting up or something does not seem right with the system or items you had purchased from EasternCCTV. If you are an Installer or a distributor contact out Tech Support Department. If you are an End-User please fill out a Support Ticket
Return Policy within 30 Days.
and just want to return them, It is a must that all items need to be return in original packaging with all accessories and original product box in a brand new condition. Failure to do so Easterncctv has the right to make a partial refund or reject your return.
If you received a DOA Item (Dead on arrival) Easterncctv might do an Advance Replacement, however we will charger your card on file (if we have it) to send out the advance replacement and once we received the defective item we will refund you back the full amount that was previously charged.
All Items subject for Return, Exchanged or Refund Must have the RMA Number Attached. The RMA Number can be obtained by contacting your sales representative.
Return Policy after 30 Days
After 30 days of purchase we would accept returns only if the item failed and our tech department tried to troubleshoot and had no success to make it work
All Products can be requested for exchanged, return or a refund after 30 days, However Easterncctv would determinate if a return can be issued as well as a refund or an exchange. Items that failed would be inspected by Easterncctv and we have the right to determinate if we would authorized an exchange, return or refund. Damaged Items caused by misuse or mishandling it. Easterncctv would notified you if we can accept the return, issue a refund or an exchange
Please Contact Our Tech department prior to return an item over 30 days of purchased. Cooperate with our technical support team. Failure to do so this might delay or the return request would be Deny
All Items subject for refund after 30 Days there will be a 20% Re-Stocking Fee, Items Must be in a brand new condition
From September 2015 All of our DVRs and Cameras have 3 Years warranty Except PTZ Cameras, Hard Drives and accessories, these items have 2 Years Warranty.
EasternCCTV warrants products with manufacture defects such as "D.O.A. Dead on Arrival" "Malfunction of Camera or DVR/NVR" "The Product/s stopped working after a period of time".
Products that had been physically damage by lighting, installation, or inappropriate mounting environment will breach the warranty coverage and they will be subject to be rejected or charged in order to be fixed or replace for another product.
EasternCCTV will try the following on a warranted product. 1. It will be repair if possible. 2. Refurbished or new parts would be used to fix the product. 3. If item cant be fix it will be replace by a certified open box product or another item or model equivalent to the original item.
Our site is hosted on a SSL encrypted server, which is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. All personal information is kept private and used exclusively to successfully process your order. To ensure discreet shipping and privacy all packages shipped from EasternCCTV.com will be labeled EasternCCTV.com on the outside of the shipping package.
Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the Billing and Shipping address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays.
All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.
EasternCCTV does not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
EasternCCTV cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1 business day processing time prior to shipping.
Package transition time does not include Saturday and Sunday. For example, Orders shipped on Friday for '3 Day-select' will be delivered on Wednesday (not Monday). UPS company doesn't count Saturday and Sunday as a shipping day.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Request to cancel your order must be made within 48 hours of the time the order was placed. Otherwise a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged. A cancellation fee will also be charged if your order is returned to us because of incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery. Standard Cancellation Policy does not Apply to "Express" Shipping Orders. Changes or cancellation must made by the following business day of placing your order before 10:00AM PST Changes or cancellation made after 10AM PST will be charged $30.00 per item.
We accept the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Your Credit Card Charge will appear as EasternCCTV.com. We don't accept Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal Check. Orders MUST paid by following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
All Clearance Items sales are final, No return or exchange.
